The Studio The studio is located at 2105 NE 129th St., Suite 207, Vancouver, WA. |
The goals of being fit, strong, healthy and active in life are shared by students and teachers alike. We work to create an environment to support these goals.
The studio is light, open and airy with a calm, welcoming atmosphere. Our teachers are caring and supportive, and class sizes are small so that we can offer hands-on instruction even in group settings.
We have easy access from I-5 and I-205, lots of free parking, and a clean, secure building in Salmon Creek.

Pilates rocks! My husband and I took our son on a ski trip when he graduated from college. I hadn’t skied in 15 years and, at 56 years old, was a bit nervous. I skied hard all three days and kept up with our son on his snowboard and wasn’t even sore.

I feel better than I have for 16 years. My doctors offered cortisone shots in the neck and spine with the advice that I would just have to live with my back pain. I have been coming for a year and a half, and I have made Pilates one of my personal health priorities. I am pain free and back to doing everything I love. I appreciate your teaching style and recommend you to all my friends and associates.

Pilates has really improved our marriage. My husband and I can each work at our own level in the same classes and both have fun and feel successful. We are stronger than we imagined we could be, and we are doing things with our teenagers we hadn’t thought possible. When Mom came to visit, we brought her along to class and we all had a blast. This is a much better date night than sitting in a dark room watching a movie!

Over the years, between tennis elbow, back and hip troubles and car accidents, you have managed to help get me back in shape and operational again. As an artist and print maker, I have to be able to stand for long periods and apply pressure to carve and print. I can continue the print making techniques I learned in Japan and am continuing to learn new ones.

Pilates is my time to leave the world behind, focus my mind and let go of cares. After 10 years of care-giving for my parents and maintaining a part time job outside the house, it keeps me sane. I leave feeling strong and refreshed from the exercise and supported by both you and the group of women in our class. I can leave ready to work with my responsibilities in a refreshed, positive way. Thank you.

When I first came, I was seeing a chiropractor, a massage therapist, and a physical therapist weekly. Now I see a chiropractor monthly. I am back to playing soccer and coaching my daughter’s soccer and basketball teams. Even a flight back to the east coast doesn’t bother my back anymore. It’s great working with Margaret!
